As to the UN Treaty, it won't amount to a hill of beans until the next time that the Democrats get a 60 seat majority in the Senate. Without Senate ratification of it there is no agreement by the Union to the terms and conditions of the treaty. Just words on a piece of paper until 60 Senators say it is something more than that.
