The paper had no damn right to report it. I hope they get a class action lawsuit and sue the hell out of them, then the paper has to shut down because they were plain stupid and idiots.
Why would they be sued over publishing public information? This information was all public records, all the newspaper did was to compile it and publish. They do the same thing for sex offenders, yet no one complains about their right to privacy.

There is a precedent for a lawsuit, I believe (in Ohio maybe? I don't recall...). Can't believe they'd do something so idiotic. Hope all those women with domestic abuse cases and ccws have time to clear out before their stalkers come to find them.
I'm certain that Dog would feel precisely the same and use the same analogy in defense if a group opposed to homosexual marriage published the names of the homosexuals with marriage licenses. Nothing wrong with publishing those names and musing about convicted sex offenders and privacy rights at all, right Dog?
