Unfortunately, no rights or laws were violated. Yeah, it sucks that the paper created the map. but it's the same as hitting up the local county online database and finding out if your neighbors have paid their taxes... It's all out there and it's easier than ever to get the info, convert it into usable information, and present that information on the web.

Maybe someone should take a database of the properties in the counties in question, exclude the gun permit holders, and label the map "Here are the houses that are unprotected by pistol permit holders".

Maybe someone should publish a map w/names and addresses of all the folks who are on public assistance so we can see where our tax dollars are going...

Maybe someone should publish a map w/names and addresses of all the lobbyists and contractors that are getting rich off of unnecessary Defense Department contracts so we can see where even MORE of our tax dollars are going....

Map: Where are the Journal News employees in your neighborhood?

The map indicates the addresses of all Journal News Employees in the New York Tri-State area. Each dot represents an individual Journal News employee -- a reporter, editor or staffer. The data does not include freelancers — reporters or photographers — which can be hired without being an employee. Being included in this map does not mean the individual at a specific location is a responsible reporter or editor, just that they are a reporter or editor.

<snip>

You will note that one Journal News employee, Ian Thane Grauel, has recently removed his LinkedIn profile and Twitter account. Also, that Cyndee has removed her Facebook page and hidden her tweets.

And how this has increased under Barack Obama. Per the Week for the first time in US history the highest priced zip codes are all around DC as lobbyists help government decide how to distribute those trillions of dollars. Even DC which used to have very poor sections is enjoying that federal government wages are rising faster than stagnant private

I did post that it was in The Week. You two should really check out that publication. It goes through the printed material that week on issues and will present both sides. Most times it will offer five different newspapers articles or opinion pieces to help someone sift ideas to form opinions. Instead of LJ who just quotes the unpaid/amateur Lefty bloggers from Huffington Post.

Well that was helpful....NOT. Could you please cite the article on the week that the information came from, I didn't see anything in the article titles that was obvious where your info came from. I would like to be able to read the source. Is there some reason you are so secretive with source information when asked?

Since you would automatically deny any source provided just Google top 1% income zip codes and see how so many more of America's top earners are now working for the government or trying to persuade the goverment how to spend taxpayers' money in DC and the surrounding VA and MD postal codes.

OR a SOURCE could be referenced... And if he knows the SOURCE is bogus, I can understand why he never posts any links to any sourcing material.
