As far as shutting down the city, I feel relief that my grandchildren will be at home, rather than on public transit or in their public schools.

This may actually be a NEW suspect... as per the sources I'm watching and listening to. We'll have to wait and see. He appears to be handcuffed, on the ground, with a dead mans switch, they are sending in a robot to check him out.

Is it possible that the target suspect has rigged this individual?

Possible. I just heard them ask to have whoever this person is taken in for questioning as soon as they have him "cleared." Now they want a second robot and a second Bearcat on scene.

I still can't make out if this is Dzhokhar or another person. Just a little point "Dzhokhar" is pronounced "joe-k-har" like in Polish the DZ sound is like "jsh" as in Dzein Dobray "Jen-doe-bray" (good day).

I do wonder if the remaining brother is wounded. Might make it a little harder for him to escape.

Yes -- son & family. Just got off the phone with him. He says it's really creepy. No trains, no buses, eerily quiet except for periodic sirens.

Are you saying this is "Batman" related?

I get your joke now... took me about 5 minutes... I'm slow. It's really hard to explain the "DZ" sound from Polish and other Cyrillic languages using our Latin alphabet. Earlier this morning I heard a lot of the media mispronouncing the name... someone editors must have finally figured it out and told their on air people. Take it from me... I spent some extended time in Poland... it must cost a fortune to buy a vowel on Warsaw Wheel of Fortune... this year we're doing the Czech Republic... the language is a lot like Polish... except at the same time... it's not. Talk about confusing.
