Looks like Syria thinks the US might still attack, military assets are moving from traditional bases near Damascus, including the Scud missiles that Assad has threatened to fire on Israel if the US attacks him.
E-Warfare? That might be a good idea. Have a hacker "dirty dozen" army try to take out Syrian infrastructure and military targets. The e-warfare has been useful slowing Iranian progress to nukes.
