You left out an option for 'Other'.

My vote will be NO because I think they are overreaching, and it is ingenious and misleading to try to tie it to school funding.

It is an opportunity to grab more $$ for the government, nothing more or less.

I'm with you, I just didn't go there because to me it seems like the hard core pot smokers are going to get or grow their own no matter what. Having a co-worker with stage four colon cancer, I've seen first hand how hard 58 rounds of chemo have been on her and I'd never begrudge her anything that makes her feel better or allows her to eat.

I'll add a "It Depends" button and an "Other - explain your position on Proposition AA." button...

As a beneficiary of MMJ I think taxes on medical weed should be no more than taxes on any other drug. As far as recreational, I wouldn't push that too far either... it is MUCH easier to produce privately than alcohol and when they push the taxes too high, it will encourage more black market growers (who can't find any other work in Obama's great economy).

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I see it a more of a tax on tourists or the people who don't want to be bothered with growing their own or don't have a dealer.

1 Ballot Question: SHALL STATE TAXES BE INCREASED BY $70,000,000 ANNUALLY

I asked this question before, which state tax is being reduced by $70M to make this revenue neutral?

LOL (silly question, gov't always wants more money)

Answer should be normal state sales tax rate same as everything else.
