So I've been watching MSNBC quite a bit since this whole Christy bridge-gate thing started... the liberal mindset fascinates me and you really can't understand the other side of politics unless you actually listen to what the other side is saying. I suppose I could just get the juicy stuff from Fox or Limbaugh, but getting it directly from the source in full context is the only real honest way (plus it often provides quite a bit of comedy)
So, yesterday the lead lawyer from the firm who the Christy administration hired to investigate stated that there is zero evidence that Christy was involved or know about the whole bridge mess. And as I suspected, the MSNBC "echo chamber" has been squealing the identical tune of "it's a biased investigation and therefore is not valid!!" because the firm was hired by Christy. What I don't here from anyone on the left is the acknowledgement that this attorney is a registered Democrat. But, the left automatically assumes there must be some sort of bias, because there is no way Christy could be innocent.
That brings me to the IRS scandal. Who did the DOJ hire to investigate that? Was it a registered Republican? No, it was a registered Democrat who not only voted for Obama, but actually donated $6500 to the campaign.
Now you tell me, who is more likely to be biased in these two cases, and which case is more important to every breathing American? I can already hear the cricket choir warming up on this one.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
HEY.....I'm elated that Christy seems to be cleared, as an INDY, I am looking at Rand or Chris
as a potential candidate for 2016......(STILL maintain that Hillary will look like she will contend and
then pass on the choice.)
Good title Rick.......HYPOCRISY defined. That would be Rick complaining about the perceived bias of MSNBC, . Oh, Christie did say in his press conference that he does have a professional/personal friendship with the attorney.

Would you care to actually address the subject... the IRS scandal investigation vs the Bridgegate investigation? Or did you just chime in to attack me and my question? And as Christy also said, being a former US prosecutor, he has a good relationship with most of the legal firms in the area.
Now, are you willing to discuss the hypocrisy, not just of MSNBC, but of all the liberal media and people on this board?
I'll make it an easy yes or no question:
Is it hypocritical to say that the bridgegate attorney is biased but the IRS scandal attorney is not? YES or NO?
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I thought the same think while reading a left wing thread where they are having orgasims over Christy while ignoring the cover ups of the administration.
Rick, you would be far more likely to get a reasonable discussion with a reasonable title. As for your question about the IRS issue vs the bridge issue, neither Obama nor Christie have been implicated directly in either ones, so what's to discuss? I'm willing to wait on the Christie bashing, can't say the righties here have done the same regarding Obama.
.as for your title, this thread isn't about either issue, it's about you calling MSNBC names which yeah, I found hypocritical coming from you. or anyone on the right who doesn't see the same hypocrisy in FOX,

Leave it to me to jump ahead a few posts and derail this thread, my apologies in advance for taking this discussion off track.
Who allegedly committed the bigger faux pas? Christy made a few thousand people slightly late for dinner. Barry and Hillary knew that the US Consulate in Benghazi had security problems months in advance of it being over run and four American Citizens lost their lives because the security issues where acknowledged but not fixed.
Having to sit on a bridge for a few minutes in New Jersey sounds punishing but it bears no comparison to four American Citizens losing their lives.
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford
Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus

Jumping a few more ahead, the dead in Benghazi are just a small deal even if one was an ambassador.
The bigger picture is the hand of the fed imposing tyranny on the entire nation. Even the President and his minions know it is wrong. That is why they shut their eyes and claim bullshit.
