Obama and some Republicans have been talking about the Dream Act and Amnesty since 2008. If you think these promises of permanent citizenship and tuition assistance aren't being heard south of the border, you really are a fool.

C'mon Fred, admit it. You lied. The Dream Act did not provide a pathway to citizenship, nor has it ever been authorized. Where has President Obama promised citizenship and college to children who have entered the country illegally?

Another load of malarkey from Dog. One of the ways to become a US citizen through the naturalization process is to be a permanent resident for a period of 5 years. The misnamed DREAM Act of Obama's would have provided for a 6 year conditional permanent resident status with the ability to have the "conditional" dropped after meeting certain criteria such as finishing 2 years of college (which their "conditional" permanent resident status would allow them access to federal guaranteed student loans and work study programs to finance) or serving in the military for a specified period of time and honorably discharged. Thus there was indeed a "pathway to citizenship" included in the legislation which Obama wanted passed despite the lying lips of Dog moving to infer otherwise. Nowhere in the so-called DREAM Act legislation was it stated that a beneficiary of the legislation would never be allowed to apply for US citizenship. As with any piece of legislation crafted by Democrats, that which is not specifically prohibited is allowed regardless of the lies they tell to get the legislation passed.
