Oh hell.

1. What did I screw up now?
2. Who do I owe?
-or-
3. Ummm...thank you?

Heartless, brown-nosing totally works if you do something that helps MMT or one of our local community businesses, not if it's for me personally - I don't count. ;)

Seriously though, all thanks goes to all of you for making this place awesome! I am humbled and grateful.

HC...muhahaha!!!

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

There's an inside joke here that I'm not privy to. No matter, I have plenty of gratitude for Science Chick and there's never going to be any harm from saying thank you!

:jumpinwine:

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus

Gratitude (thankful) is a DAILY practice....from the smallest of things, to the "magnificent".

Magnificent...sunrise splashing a pink hue on Mt. Evans, watching the wonder of it from my bed, with a
hot mug of coffee.

Simply being aware of the privilege of being "sighted"....purposeful omission of turning on a light, and feeling my way thru the darkened room, hall, kitchen to brew the coffee. (KNOWING at anytime I could "see"if I wished.)

Awed at the wonder of wildlife who grace me with their presence...and KNOWING that is a grand glimpse of the divine.

GRATITUDE....is grace defined.
