Epstein is a bipartisan Beltway scandal that is also global, even Prince Andrew is involved. The press will have a difficult time covering this because as we have found out before, (Matt Lauer), even the press has their sexual deviants who were willing to cover for their buddies in DC.

Interesting to see the big accusations of racism against Trump yesterday and today. Trying to distract the public from the Epstein case this morning? Will he get bail?
A lot of people in both DC and NYC are sweating right now in their air conditioned lofts hoping he doesn't give up names. Might pay judges to give him bail, easier to silence Jeffrey if he is out of jail, or have him flee to Brazil.

As for Epstein, anyone connected with him who participated in any abuse, or cover-up of abuse, should be sweating and they all deserve to go to jail for the rest of their lives. IDGAF what party they belong to, what their occupation is, what gender they are, or what god they pray to. The bail hearing was continued until Thursday, and it should be denied. He's got money, resources, and connections (who don't want him in a court room) that make him a flight risk.

Distract from Epstein? I don't think it's so much that (he's not nearly as connected to Epstein as some are hoping he is) as he's shrewdly divided the Democratic Party and is bolstering his base for his election. Pelosi had been coming down on the freshmen representatives and AOC had crossed a line implying her actions had a race-based motive. Nothing riles up conservatives more than AOC; Trump's horrible racist comments will force Democrats to come to hers and the "Squad's" defense, thereby lumping in moderate Dems with the further left-wing of the party. I am not willing to give him that. I think he sometimes can't stand when he isn't trending on Twitter so he attacks his opponents. And it wasn't racist. He was telling them to go back, straighten out their own countries before claiming they know the best plan here.
I love Bernie, he is always saying the US is the richest nation and they need to follow his policies because we can afford it. Silly old man, he admired the Soviet Union and its command economy, even honeymooned there. That economy collapsed, and even before then, wasn't feeding its people, the black market was. Maybe America is so wealthy because none of your bills and desires make it through the Senate. Much less become law.

Sure, but an educated one. Look how Epstein has been able to shrug off previous arrests. The man is obviously connected and probably has videotape on his deviant visitors to "pedophilia island". District Attorneys love to make their reputation on high profile sex crimes like this but previously he only got off with a slap on the wrist and unsupervised probation.
