THAT is quandary....it depends upon the acceleration/severity of the disease....I have already researched (and posted) the question of MAID....MED. AID IN DYING.....I have two doctors
already lined out and my FIRST request documented....HOWEVER,the laborious path to
actually achieving the task needs to be expedited (by the med. community).as of this moment in
time the disease would take U out, before U could complete the path to Maid.....NOT GOOD,
I guess I would request pallative care and sedation....since I have DNR/DNI in place.

Additionally the study was that of Chloroquine, not Hydroxychloroquine. Moreover the dosage of Chloroquine, 600 mg., in the high dosage group is 50% higher that the dosage of
Hydroxychloroquine that is recommended in Lupus patients. Chloroquine is not recommended for the rx of Lupus. The higher dosage was chosen because "In vitro studies indicate that the antiviral effect of chloroquine diphosphate (CQ) requires a high concentration of the drug."
