Hey, thanks for asking. Your nick isn’t accurate - you have plenty of heart. I’ve been kind of up and down for the week and haven’t much felt like message boarding. Still waiting on Covid test results. I guess the holiday weekend set them back not to mention the really high number of people getting tested. It’s been 8 days and I’m out of sick days and tapping into vacation now.

If you aren't taking these, give them a try. Vitamin D, Zinc, a product called Umcka from Nature's Way and Quick Defense from gaia herbs. Don't exceed 4,000 iu on the D,as it can put stress on the liver. Whenever I don't feel good, be it allergies or getting sick, these seem to knock it down fast. Glad to hear from you.
