Did you know that that prediction is from October 2019, before the pandemic, 140,000 American deaths and counting by a virus that he initially wrote off as a hoax perpetuated by Democrats to ruin his re-election, riots, millions of job losses, and billions more added to the national debt?

Presidential Job Approval Related to Reelection Historically
by Jeffrey M. Jones, Gallup | May 29, 2020

George W. Bush is the only recent president who had an approval rating above 40% but lower than 50% at the time of the election -- the same range where Trump is now. Bush won a second term in 2004 when his approval rating was 48% in the final Gallup poll taken before the election. However, he did register multiple approval ratings of 50% or higher in the weeks leading up to the election, a level Trump has yet to reach in his presidency.

Daily Presidential Tracking Poll
Rasmussen | July 21, 2020

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 48% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Fifty-one percent (51%) disapprove.

The latest figures include 34% who Strongly Approve of the job Trump is doing and 43% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -9. (see trends)

Regular updates are posted Monday through Friday at 9:30 a.m.

If the Unaffiliated voter numbers are mirrored in other states as happened in Colorado for the June primary, he's toast.

The prediction is also before leftist governors and mayors decided it was a good idea to vilify and defund law enforcement. It was before businesses have been forced to shut down by Democrats and businesses burned to the ground with no outrage from brain dead Biden who is also advocating for defunding police.

If Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs still apply to human beings, I'm thinking even flaming left wingers are starting to wonder what a country run by Biden's handlers will look like. I guarantee those who really hate Trump also care about their safety and law and order that keeps a civilization civilized. If I'm wrong and the majority really do want the country to go down in flames, then we're already too far gone to worry about elections anymore. As we speak, 14 just shot in Chicago... the weekend should be another fun bloodbath.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

SC,
Please note that your references are from March and May of this year. The 3rd reference, Rasmussen's daly tracking poll is just that a poll.
Evidently you do not realize that polls are meaningless. I am a "likely voter" I have never been polled. Do you seriously think that I would express my views to a pollster?

Colorado is already in the trash bin, drive in front of our Capitol and you will see it for yourself. I did.

Yes, they are from March and May as I posted upfront, the point is that they are more recent that October 2019, and they provide historical perspective on who has lost past presidential elections (trends that Trump matches). I don't put that much stock in polls myself, but Heartless had touted the Rasmussen one not that long ago and it showed me a trend that spells deep, deep trouble for an incumbent president facing an unprecedented economic and health crisis in our country.

Ricks, if you want people to consider agreeing with you, you have to present facts, not alternative reality.

Businesses were shut down by the virus, not Democrats. 46 states closed non-essential businesses, and many of those are run by Republican governors. Do you realize that 2 NFL stadiums worth of people have died since January of this virus?

Fraknly, this is what every Dem representative should've been doing loudly and repeatedly:
Biden condemns riots over George Floyd death, calls for end to 'needless destruction'

No, Biden does not advocate for defunding the police, nor do the majority of Democrats and Unaffilated voters. It's the extreme left kooks, a small subset of the population, who are rioting and trying to tear everything down:
Biden comes out against defunding police, as movement gains traction
By Brooke Singman, Allie Raffa, Fox News | June 8, 2020

“As his criminal justice proposal made clear months ago, Vice President Biden does not believe that police should be defunded,” Biden campaign Rapid Response Director Andrew Bates said in a statement Monday. “He hears and shares the deep grief and frustration of those calling out for change, and is driven to ensure that justice is done and that we put a stop to this terrible pain.”

Joe Biden did not call for defunding the police

Did you see that Trump interview with Chris Wallace? People are tired of his gaslighting, divisiveness, excuses, blame games, and incoherent rants. Biden will be boring, moderate, empathetic, and hopefully restore some functionality to our government once again. At this point, I'll bet the exhausted electorate wants that more than anything.

I see it as a 60% chance Biden wins but there is still plenty of time to change the polls. Dukakis was up 18% over Bush and that changed.
The big key for Trump to win? Biden has to slip up and expose his mental frailty. Having John Kasich speak for him at the DNC is a sign Joe's handlers don't trust him on a national stage.

It also might help for the Democrats to choose a strong VP and Chief of Staff so Americans can see the country will still be fine if Biden slips even more mentally.
Elizabeth Warren for VP? Valerie Jarret for Chief of Staff?

It's the Sun, but they have the first video of the presser that I was looking for. Biden indeed called for defunding police, but called in "re-allocating funds". He also called police the enemy. He is also not fit to govern.

Its a video - not a sham claim. He said it. His controllers want to walk it back with the help of a compliant media, but he said it. Listen to the video. Wallace is a hack and would never have gotten anywhere without his name.
