Shouldn’t the President Know Foreign Policy...

without a cheat sheet? Isn’t that something he should have engrained in his brain?

I’m seriously worried about the new opportunities our enemies are starting to consider. If you see his leadership as strong and decisive, please tell me what I’m missing. Tell me why our enemies are not looking at him like a lion at a gazelle.

I appreciate your reply but would rather you address what I said. If you want to rehash what Trump did with foreign policy (like the 3 ME peace deals) I'd love to discuss that in another thread, but this is about BIDEN.

Joe Biden had to look down and read his note cards in order to answer the questions. Joe either doesn't have the mental capacity to remember what his policies are or he just doesn't know what they are. There are no other options.

he read from a piece of paper,in halting phrases,NEVER looking up and it was rote in delivery....UNLESS
HE IS AD LIBBING AND SHOW BOATING he is just as deficit if not worse....at least Biden has a very clear reason...his lifetime speech impediment. They are BOTH in their mid 70's...age is a problem for BOTH.

I never saw Trump looking at note cards during a press conference, or any other president in history for that matter. Do you have video evidence?

Actually during the elections, one of the strengths of Biden according to the pundits was that his years in the Senate gave him a lot of experience dealing with foreign governments and also understanding them compared to someone like Mayor Pete.
But the world is constantly changing, for example, the China and Iran of 1972 are much different than in 2021. And it is clear that President Biden is a shell of himself.

Maybe ten years ago when his brain cells were still mostly active, but today the guy is probably a couple years away from being a drooling mouth breather.

Thanks for pointing that out, I was thrown off by "he is great". It's hard to decipher the meanings of strangely structured sentences sometimes.
