Do you have the questions that go with this poll? I'd be interested to see the wording. Without knowing exactly what the poll question asked, that little graph is meaningless. If the poll asked if Putin was a stronger and more coherent leader, of course Biden would not rate nearly as well since he is very weak and gets very lost, especially without his notes (that he had to have when talking to Putin).
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

That's not a direct link to that specific poll, which I believe you know and you can't find the question. If you can't find the question so that you can prove me wrong, I'm not going to spend an hour searching for it so I can help you to prove me wrong. If it's easy to find, show me the money.
