What does that even mean? Who do I think is more capable? Putin is more capable, but Biden has more power. The US is still a superpower and despite Biden's mental decline, he has capable people around him.
Who do I like more? Putin is a bit of a bully, but also a bit of a rogue, but also a cold blooded killer. So I think the guy has done a relatively good job holding onto power, but I can't say I like him.

Biden? It is a bit amazing that he became president. No one who lost both Iowa and New Hampshire has ever come back to win the presidency. But I think the lack of a strong Democrat opponent helped him, and the pandemic helped him too. He didn't have to campaign as much in person. So he won due to luck and a certain amount of charisma.

Personally, I'm more amazed that Donald Trump was elected president.

interesting. I think you need to look at the excitement level for both. To me it’s a big surprise Trump lost last time since he had even more excitement than he did in 2016. Biden however seemed to just be an “Im not Trump” candidate and couldn’t run on any actual accomplishments over his 47 years in politics. I guess it’s just a matter of perspective.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Actually, Biden ran on more of a "Let's get somebody competent into the oval office" campaign.

And that tired old drivel about "47 years and what did he accomplish?" It's been debated here several times and shown to be false. You can google it, if you're really interested in the truth.

The reality of the "loss" is this....TRUMP wore people out to a frazzled, fatigued fog...much like
a 3 y.o. (which EVERY PARENT can relate to).The clusterf--- that would not end, brought people to the brink.
ENOUGH was the collectively sigh and they voted for SOME SANITY.....Not that Biden was "all that",just
that he was an adult and MAYBE some of the mayhem would settle down to a decent decimal. THAT IS WHY I VOTED FOR BIDEN.

It was vomit -worthy to watch the "bromance" Trump was begging to establish.

pretty much every foreign policy decision opinion he has had over the decades has been wrong. I don’t need to google it because I’ve already read them. I have to laugh when you say Biden is competent, especially considering his handlers don’t even trust him to answer questions without having the answers written down.

Compared to the previous administration, anyone is competent.

I was really shocked by that too. His winning the Rust Belt was amazing. I remember when the NY Times predicted early that Hillary Clinton had no chance of winning. My liberal friend was so shocked she threw a book at the TV. She was so upset that she couldn't keep food down for the next two weeks and lost ten pounds.

I think even Trump was shocked by his win.

Not going to give Kushner/Trump any credit for the Abraham Accords? I think it was a huge win for peace in the Middle East.

And don't you think Trump/McConnell did an excellent job getting conservative justices and judges appointed?

And they didn't even need to destroy the filibuster to do it.

Except for McConnell nuking the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees.
