Yes. The "raft" is the analogy for the COVID-19 vaccine.
The "sharks" are COVID-19.
The people who stay in the shark-infested waters instead of getting on the raft are many Republicans and Conservatives.
Some of the people who got on the raft are Fox News anchors but they are yelling to the people in the water "You don't need to get on the raft! You'll be fine out there in the ocean. If you get on the raft, you are just sheeple."
Also on the raft is Donald Trump, but he hides his face from the crowd so they don't know.
