Because out of 80 million votes for Trump, less than 500 were at the Capitol on January 6th. What is your estimate of percentage of Radical Republicans? Best guess on Radical Democrats?

Less than 500 were at the Capitol on January 6th?

More than 500 have already been arrested and another 400 are still being sought. Try again.

I have no idea how many Radical Republicans or Democrats there are. I don't know how one would be able to come up with a reasonable estimate. And I suppose we'd disagree on what the word "radical" means.

LOL, okay, let's round up, 2,000 out of eighty million. Still less than one percent.

Ok, so less than one percent of all Republicans were in Washington D.C. on Jan. 6th. So what's your point?

BTW, I was reading a piece in the Washington Post this morning on Ashli Babbitt and it had an interesting factoid: She voted for Barrack Obama before voting for Trump.

This article also have video of the fatal shooting in which protesters at the barricaded door are yelling "F**k the Blue!" to the unarmed officers who were guarding the doors to the Speaker's Lobby.

From your WaPo reference, the worst attack on the Capitol since 1812 (paraphrasing). An example of another journalist spouting lies.
I would proffer that the 1954 attack on the House of Representatives was much more serious, folled by the attack of a Bernie Saunders supporter on the Republican Congressional softball team, which almost killed Steve Scalise.

The Capitol had few security protocols at the time, and the four Puerto Rican nationalists entered the gallery armed with handguns. Around 2:30 p.m. they indiscriminately opened fire onto the House Floor and unfurled a Puerto Rican flag in a violent act of protest meant to draw attention to their demand for Puerto Rico’s immediate independence.

Five Congressmen were wounded in the shooting.

Don't let facts get in the way of your narrative. I also enjoys the use of the verbs, "appears", "seems"
et. al. in the article's description. No facts just suppositions from unnamed sources.

Finally, the accusation that by using Ashli Babbit's name, Trump was being provocative. I opine that the WaPo is hung up on an" reverse Lord Voldemort" issue. Instead of "he who cannot be mentioned" we are constantly told that President Trump (he who can be mentioned) is the source of all the wrong doings in the world.

Where to start? Approximately 30 shots were fired onto the House of Representatives but only five Congressmen were hit. No one was killed. The shooters were immediately arrested. This attempt didn't involve the Senate side of the Capitol, or any Capitol employees. No Capitol cops died or were injured. The Capitol wasn't surrounded and no barricades were breached. The Capitol wasn't taken over or trashed by wackadoodles. I think I'll stop there. I was only five at the time.

Where to start? There were not yelling fuk the blue. And only 30 shots and only 5 wounded, nothing to see there at all.

What a joke.

" but only five Congressmen were hit. No one was killed. "

Your point, Wayne?
Perhaps it is that our Capitol police are better shots, in that Michael Byrd only took one shot to kill an unarmed woman, Ashli Babbit.

Donald received 74,222,958 votes in 2020, not 80 million. Biden won 81,283,098 vote, so that's a difference of over 7 million votes.

The US Secret Service issued a report that over 12,000 people stormed the Capitol, not the 500 you suggest.

No, that wasn't it.

For those who DO "Back the Blue," this news is heartbreaking:

Gunther Hashida, a D.C. Metropolitan Police Department officer, is the third law-enforcement member on the scene on January 6 to die by suicide.
