But Joe was a likeable candidate and he was the perfect Trojan Horse to carry all the moronic progressive Sanders/AOC policies that common sense Democrats didn't want to vote for.
Harris will be president by default only, when Biden can no longer be communicate in clear English... he's getting closer every day.

You do realize that Biden could have picked a department store mannequin as his VP and Democrats would have still voted for him. Biden picked the VP, not the people. The people in you party didn't want her at all, which is clearly provable because she couldn't even get her home state of CA to endorse her in the primaries.
But I think you know what I mean when I say she will never be elected... she will never be elected to be PRESIDENT.

Way to move those goalposts, Rick. "What I meant was..."
Kamala Harris didn't win a single delegate when she ran for President. This may mean nothing, Biden didn't win delegates either in previous primaries before 2020. One he had to drop out of because he was plagiarizing other politicians speeches.

I'd still much rather see Amy Klobuchar as POTUS myself.
2024 is a long way from now. If things keep trending the way they are for Democrats, they'll be trounced in the 2022 midterms, and then when nothing improves for the American people, because it's not like the 180o partisan pendulum swinging has gotten us anywhere in the last few decades, Democrats will once again be favored b/c The Republicans have screwed things up for the 2 years prior.
What I do know is that we need to break this cycle and highly divided partisanship. It starts with ending the inflammatory rhetoric and blame-games, and getting back to compromise and working together across the aisle for solutions. The moderates in each party should be sought out and elevated, not the ridiculous extremists like AOC and MTG.
In the final days of Germany’s election campaign, the center-left Social Democrats appeared to focus their final message to voters on one idea: respect. The message was plastered across the country on vibrant red posters and featured in the closing campaign speech of the party’s candidate for chancellor, Olaf Scholz, who pledged that a Germany under his leadership would recognize the contributions of everyone in society, regardless of their professional or social merit.
“We are working very hard on respect. Recognition is a question of how we live together in our societies,” Scholz told me and a small group of reporters following his final campaign rally, in the West German city of Cologne. What mattered, he said, was that Germans all felt a degree of responsibility for the future, and that none thinks “they are better than the others.”
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
I still wonder why Harris was chosen as his running mate. Gender, ethnicity , sex, probable all 3. Yet she was the first to drop out of the Presidential contest.
Hopefully I will still be alive when the "tell all" books are written. What was done politically was a marvel. Do not campaign, stay in your basement, let the virus do its work on the electoral system. Kudos to the democrat operative that came up with this strategy.
Unfortunately, Slo Joe has to be put in front of the cameras, albeit rarely, and goes off script. I have not heard of Harris being anywhere (I do not watch TV news) or saying anything substantive. If anyone has please note the reference.
Like the Wizard of Oz, who is behind the curtain?

Kamal is currently the VP of the USA.. what other possible candidacy would I be speaking of? Do you think I was talking about her running for the senate? Come on koobookie, I know you're smart enough to know what I was talking about.
Just in case anyone else is confused, I changed the title to state the obvious.
