How many people here get severe anxiety from Climate Change predictions? Supposedly 70% of us do. Do you know anyone who does? I have talked to a couple 20 somethings who got severe mental issues after being forced to watch Al Gore's mockumentary. Shameful they did this to our children.

NOPE, NO PANIC ATTACK HERE.......just a game of watching wrenched, bewildered masses wondering WHERE THE WATER WENT TO,oh right their beach front property is GONE,because sea levels r now higher and THEIR HOUSES ARE UNDERWATER....OR LAKE POWELL IS NO LONGER A LAKE, BECAUSE THE GOLF COURSES ARE REQUIRED TO BE GREEN.....VACATION ON BEACHED HOUSE BOAT ANYONE?

Where is this happening? I'm not saying it's not but I haven't heard of beach front houses being underwater so could you provide a link to your source?

More vague? There are thousands of laws in Hawaii. If climate change was going to flood American beaches, why do Presidents Biden, Trump, and Obama all have beachfront properties without seawalls? These three men have better intelligence on global warming than a Hawaiian law. If they really believed in flooding, they would be buying homes in Colorado.

Sorry HA, I don't think you understand my question. I'm asking you where on the planet are there homes underwater by a rising ocean, other than from a tsunami or hurricane? You clearly said :
" sea levels r now higher and THEIR HOUSES ARE UNDERWATER...."
My research on this suggests that ocean levels may be rising by 1/8" yearly, which would be one inch every 8 years or one foot in 96 years (if projections are actually correct).
I agree with what Fred said as well... why invest in a property you know is going to be underwater soon?

DO A EARTH GOOGLE OF SHORELINES ON THE EAST COAST....SOUTH CAROLINE FOR ONE....
WHEN YOU SEE A DECADE OR SO OF THEN AND NOW PICTURES, U WILL UNDERSTAND. THE SHORELINES HAVE NOT RECEDED THEY HAVE INUNDATED AREAS.....S.C. MARSHLANDS ARE NOW SALT WATER AND THE PROOF IS A 'GREY FOREST' ......GOOGLE THAT. PHRASE, U WILL SEE PICTURES OF DEAD GREY TREES THAT HAVE BEEN DECIMATED BY SALT WATER. COLLECTIVELY U NEED TO BE 'WOKE'.......PROOF IS THERE, LOOKING AWAY AND BEING IN DENIAL IS NOT FLATTERING., IT IS BEYOND SAD.
Climbers who make it to the top of Mount Everest may not know it, but under the snowpack sits an expanse of mottled gray rocks that once lay on the ocean floor.
I am well aware of earth changes thru the eons, Siberia was green and lush once. Islands have popped up that were non existent....Having lived IN THE RING OF FIRE.....i have seen flatland/marshes that go from sea level to straight up 8,feet mountain elevation. Pioneers Peak in Alaska is one of those magnificent and majestic sights.....it was created when to two "plates" collided with each other.(sebduction, I think is the term)
I have seen glaciers recede with my own eyes...from decade to decade in Alaska.....in the 60's u could walk
right up to the clear blue ice formations and play on them.....NOW u must walk thru a very long path of boulders/gravel/sand and puddles to be close enough to touch.
No one has still explained if oceans are rising why are the Hamptons and Hawaii still high priced properties. If your property was going to be underwater in twenty years, why wouldn't you be selling it?
