Breyer to Retire

We should expect that Justice Breyer’s replacement will NOT be picked based on qualifications, rather SHE will be picked based on her skin color.

This list of candidates who fit into the required identity boxes is pretty short, but mark my words, this will be a black woman.

Democrats would love to see Harris take this spot because she’s relatively young, black, and she’s even more unpopular than Dick Cheney was. The only problem is that they would have to replace Harris with another black woman. I can only think of one possibility, that would be Stacy Abrams because she fits all the boxes and her election was “stolen” (remember it’s ok for Democrats to dispute elections).

I’m not sure that scenario is even possible but if you understand the way Democrats think, it makes a lot of sense.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Stacey Abrams has a sister reputed to be the new nominee. President Biden has promised to nominate an African-American woman, so she could be the pick. Expect the GOP to have at least five senators to approve Biden's nominee. I would like Joe to pick a moderate, hope he doesn't let AOC have input on the nominee.

Try this scenario.

Biden nominates Harris for the SC. She resigns as VP and Stacy Abrams is named VP. Abrams then casts the tie-breaking vote for confirmation of Harris. John Roberts has an accident that incapacitates him and Harris is nominated for Chief Justice, again Abrams breaks the tie and Harris is confirmed. Biden then resigns and Abrams becomes the President.

Question: Will Abrams give up here purported Governorship of Georgia?

Bonus question: Who will Abrams select as her VP?

Well that’s a nightmare I didn’t think about but I have to say it wouldn’t surprise me.

Abrams would have to find a trans man or woman who isn’t white to complete the circle of ridiculousness.

As his Supreme Court nominee. #racism Jen Pzaki confirmed that our President will refuse to consider Asism or Hispanic women despite them being qualified.

if I said that as an employer I would be in huge trouble, but we all understand who the real racists are.

Why bullshit? When you instantly exclude 90% of the population, how is that finding the most qualified person? You must believe that a person's skin color is one of the most important factors when picking someone for a lifetime position on the SC. I'm pretty sure that excluding people from being a candidate for ANY job because of skin color and gender is contrary to what MLK was preaching.

It is time to remove the blindfold from Lady Justice. Justice is no longer blind, it is race colored as well as gender colored according to Slo Joe.
