Proponents of abortion bans claim to be pro-birth -- maybe even pro-baby. They want all babies to be born, no matter what.

Children and adolescents are at higher risk of dying by suicide if they are exposed to adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), such as abuse, racism, or poverty. With the overturning of Roe v. Wade, many women will be forced to have children they cannot support, and even before that, many women will not receive adequate prenatal care in these forced pregnancies.

Can't we just combine the 20 abortion threads into one to make it simple?

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Great idea. The Denver Post had an article today about Colorado abortion laws. They admitted that while it is still legal here in Colorado, at $500 to $1000 a fetus, it is still too costly for many pregnant Colorado women. Have the pro-abortion fans hear stepped up with donations to help these women who want to end their pregnancies with a D&C?

Some democrats have proposed that the Federal government build abortion clinics on U.S. property.
Great Idea!
Let's put one on Mt. Rushmore. It would make for a great photo op; all those black women getting a free trip to S.D, and standing in line to abort.

this was one of my first new OB patients at my current job as a family medicine physician with obstetrics at a federally qualified health center in rural Washington that serves a predominantly Latinx migrant worker population. As I would come to find out, teen pregnancies are not uncommon in my patient population, similar to other marginalized groups. In 2006, 127 per 1,000 Hispanic teens (ages 15-19) became pregnant, nearly double the national rate. As of 2019, the birth rate among Hispanic teens ages 15-19 was over two times higher than the rate for white teens. Considering the disparities in education and income levels between the two groups, this is hardly surprising.

THIS is the reality of what is to come......cycle of continuing INEQUALITY and poverty....the audacity of K and G and THOMAS......impeach the ignorant MALES who believe THEIR words r worthy of the highest
law.

Another young, politically correct MD writing.
Let's deconstruct this paragraph. First he uses "LatinX" a description that is not favorable in the Hispanic community but works well with the white, democrat population.
Second, "not uncommon" is that double negative to mean that the pregnancy is common or is it a simply word -smithing.
Third, regarding the higher birth rate among Hispanic (did he forget they were LatinX) teenagers, how many were married or in a relationship with a male? The Hispanic culture values large families and started in the 17-19 y.o.'s more so than Caucasians.
Fourth he ascribes this pregnancy rate to a lack of education and income. But he (I use the pronoun he because of the ambiguous name of the author). offers no proof.
So when one actually reads the article he aids in the abortion of a 13 y.o. without informing the parents.
He had her taken to a Planned Parenthood Abortion Clinic. What then?
A 13 y.o. with here baby suctioned out of her womb. What did he say to here "sayonara, baby" ," we are here to do it again" , "What if anything did he day to the parents? "
Playing God as a new resident M.D. is not what should be condoned.

What do you want to be when you grow up?" I frequently ask my teenage patients during well-child checks. A few months after my 13-year-old patient underwent medical abortion, I had the opportunity to ask her this exact question during her own well-child visit.

"I want to go to college so my parents don't have to work in the fields," she said, without hesitation.

This is a goal I hear a lot. Sometimes young patients will say this to me in English, while their exhausted, dirty, and extremely sun-burned parents who just finished working in the orchards or the farms
sit quietly in the corner of the exam room. Without fully understanding what we're saying, the parents smile at me as their eyes fill with tears and their hearts with pride.

AHEM, it is LEGAL WITHOUT PARENT CONSENT (in Washington)

Aborting a 13 y.o. child is legal in the state of Washington. Killing an infant while in the birth canal is legal in Colorado. Exterminating Jews and other lesser humans was legal in Europe in the 1930's-40's. Does that policy in Washington and Colorado make you comfortable?

What makes me UNCOMFORTABLE is UGLY,UNJUST DECISIONS THAT IMPACT LIVES IN A PROFOUND AND PORNOGRAPHIC WAY. what makes me UNcomfortable is we r devolving and destroying our lives, our habitat, our integrity, what makes me UNcomfortable is the individuals that were sworn into the SCOTUS
lied their asses off to "pass" the test. FOR THAT they should be impeached.

Home Again explains it perfectly. This girl might grow up with mental problems, the best thing to do to her is kill her in the womb. Take her apart, limb by limb, to ease her possible life of mental anguish.
