Yers. Slo Joe's doctor stated that he used a CPAP machine at night. The marks on his cheek are those that are caused by the straps of the CPAP apparatus.

Wow. Super Joe Biden is still riding that wave of a speech knocked out of the park. Great to see!

And then Katie Britt had to backpedal on the lie in her speech. At least a Republican admitted that they were wrong. That's a first.
