What does this say about Kamala Harris? The NY Times cannot endorse her. They just tell you to not vote for Trump by lying about what he will do.
Nancy is already saying they will invoke the 25th Amendment as soon as he’s elected. It’s people like her who create all he chaos and division people like her always complain about. Pelosi needs to be investigated for insider trading, then sent to prison.
Nothing Congress can do to invoke the 25th; it never, by law, provided an alternate body with the power to submit a written declaration that the executive was unfit for the office. The only body capable of doing that is the current VP and a majority of the cabinet, and they can only submit said letter while they hold office, which means that their letter would pertain only to the current president, not the one who takes office in January.
Pelosi isn't going to get any traction during a lame duck session of Congress to pass a law which designates a new body with the power to submit such a written declaration, and it wouldn't get past a filibuster in the Senate even if she found enough support to get it on the floor and to a vote in the House.
The chances of Democrats controlling both houses of Congress after this election are pretty slim, so there's little likelihood of the 119th Congress acting to pass such a law between the time they are seated and the time that Biden's term ends.
Essentially nothing more than an irrational, emotionally driven, screed from the former Speaker.
At least the women who don't mind competing against men in sports and having them in their restrooms and locker rooms who view allowing men into those spaces constitutes protecting women . . .
That really is an (irrelevant) point for you isn't it? LOLOLOL You need to get some more "Official TrumpleThinSkin Sniffing shorts"... I hear he's selling them for only $199 this week...only.
I'm thinking there are a lot more women who are interested in protecting other women than there are women who are interested in protecting men's ability to act like/look like a women than you believe there are . . .

Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
Ironically the Biden/Harris years have been much friendlier to the Rich than the Working Poor. While they are getting slammed with inflation and record high housing costs and rents, the Top 25% are earning 5% on their savings and the stock market continues to surge.
Their homes are increasing in value, their mortgages are often at historic lows if the homes aren't paid off.
