Amazing what happens when you actually have policies in place to ensure that a ballot is valid prior to counting it and judges enforce the actual election laws that're on the books.
One of two things, or a combination of them, happened this time around. Democrats weren't motivated by the candidate to show up at the polls; the bombastic rhetoric about misogynists, rapists, fascists, and all the fear mongering that worked during the pandemic wasn't effective or believed by any but the true party faithful.
