Exactly right, Fred. This is the goal of the Democrats/Communists... to first focus on this country's mistakes until the country is no longer loved by it's citizens. Once you have a majority that hates our founding, you lose military volunteers and you gain a population that wants their share of what others have built. The left wants leaders that promise the equity that is impossible to deliver without dismantling all the progress capitalism has made.
Kids can setup their WIFI but have no clue about what the government is doing to their future. I wonder how much our debt will be in 10 years if the climate psychos get their way?
Their ability to read, do math, and to write coherently is much worse than the boomers, but at least they can setup their WiFi and search any porn they want.
My wife was an Air Force brat during the Vietnam War era and her family moved around the world numerous times. It took her parents some time(pun intended) for them to realize that she couldn't read an analog clock. Her school shuffling had made her miss that lesson. So they taught her.
And parents need to step up helping their kids learn because the schools these days are more interested in teaching them about climate change and their sexuality than arithmetic and basic literary.
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.

What a strange, dystopian world you live in.
Why is pointing out the failures of our education system not relevant to this thread? Do you have an opinion about our education system and/or what this government has done to get us into 35 trillion in debt? I live in the real world, koobookie, where I can clearly see the damage our government has done. If you think I'm wrong, why do you always direct your ire at me instead of countering my point with one of your own?
You see problems.. Everywhere. You see destruction. I see opportunities. For example:
Green energy - you think it will bankrupt the country and the population, and we should nothing other than keep burning fossil fuels, thus worsening the problem of climate change.
I see it as a new business opportunity to replace that fossil fuels industry with green energy, which is slowly happening without you. But apparently, you can't see that. That's just weird.

You parroting your media's "weird" trend really doesn't help you arguments, but go ahead.
It would be nice if you would counter what I say instead of always just saying I'm wrong. Tell me why our education system isn't a disaster... there's plenty of statistics out there if you take a few minutes. You could tell me why we are not in a debt spiral with no plan to escape it. You could also make a case for "green" energy that is benefiting our country and not just Chine that is selling most of it to us. If there was a green energy boom, why are we not seeing positive results in our country, especially fore the poor and middle class who are definitely being hurt by it?
