The meme just condensed her statements. Example. It is much more difficult for people to buy homes in 2024 than 2020 so she has thrown out a trial balloon offering 25K down payments.

Or inflation has risen faster than wages, especially for service staff so Harris has offered to stop taxing tips. Once again this meme says she admits that the Biden Administration has made it harder on lower class Americans because of rising prices.

Of course both Trump and Harris are offering to take the taxes off of tips.
