It seems very inconsistant that Juan Williams gets fired for supposedly violating his contract, Olberman gets suspended, but Fox news commentators can donate all they want.

So far as I know, all are commentators and not reporters. I guess every network has it's own policies. Anyway, I don't think it matters what party a commentator donates to. I could see why they wouldn't want a reporter doing the same.

Continuing his streak of ambassador announcements, President Barack Obama officially named one new ambassador nominee on Thursday: former Democratic National Committee finance chair and former Goldman Sachs executive Philip D. Murphy. He will represent U.S. interests in Germany.

Juan Williams, got a pay raise from NPR and only receives $ 2 million per year as a black liberal commentator.
