I love this woman!! We need more Governors like her and Jan Brewer. I am very impressed with the very strong Conservative women starting to lead this country. They have more balls and intelligence than all the Liberal men in congress combined!
If they know which of the illegal aliens have drivers licenses, why don't they go arrest & deport them? Why just revoke their license? What good would that do?

OK, what happens to an American citizen who is caught driving without a license? Jail and a huge fine. SO now they have to pay that too and it may be another deterrent for them coming here. WHo is giving them a license anyway with no ID or aperwork? I had to take in a passport and / or SS card to get my DL, and it had to be real! What name did they put on those illegal licences? Just any name they made up? Heck, what an easy way to dodge the law and get a fake ID. I will just go to NM and tell them I am here illegally and have no ID and my name is Pedro. Bet the law can't find me then! WHo is stupid enough to give an ID to someone who could just make up a name and might be a mass murderer in another country or state? Where is the logic with this government and the Libs who defend them getting a fake ID license?

What liberals are defending giving illegals fake ID's? Can you give some specific examples?
How does the New Mexico Dept of Motor Vehicles know which people are illegal in order to revoke them? Why would they have given them a license in the first place if they knew they were illegal? The logic just isn't standing up on its own.
If NM really does know which drivers are illegals, then they should just find them and deport them. I'm not understanding why you think revoking a license is a good idea, since if they get stopped - even with a legal license - wouldn't they then be identified as illegals and would then be arrested for that? After all, the NM Governor has all but admitted that they know who has illegal licenses.

Exactly!! And that is why they finally voted in a strong Conservative who will do something about it rather than turning a blind eye.
And my question is, how will revoking the licenses of illegals help? They seem to know who they are, so why don't they go get them? This is just weird.
