Finally! A thread where both sides agree. Problem is that one side wants to give guys like Rangel more power over us.

Voters need to drain the swamp every election cycle. This year's vote was a good start. Congress should be a temporary service, not a career. This goes for both parties. When we re-elect representatives over and over, they forget about what it's like to be normal people and end up screwing up things for us normal folks.

It wasn't moral outrage but more sadness that these people had so little control over themselves and thought they could cover it up.

This idiot has gotten away with this kind of stuff for many years because he is African American. No one else could have gotten away with this kind of stuff all these years.

Nice place this site. Glad I found it.

So today is "Time Out Day" for charley boy.

All you libs when you see the slap on the hand he gets from the other libs you voted for, just ask yourself, "What would have happened to me if I had done this stuff?"

It is sad that if you took 99 other everyday Americans and him and they all did what he did, he is the only one who would get off. That is how corrupt our judicial system is towards congressmen. They get away with everything just because of thier position.
