ok, i am trying to understand your message hotel rampage. i gather that you have other utilities besides this one? the reason i ask is that some of us that i can immediately think of are all electric and our bills run $70-90 this time of year which is all our utilities. we do better in summer $50 and can get upwards to $140-150 in colder months. we consider this very good.

"A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government." Thomas Jefferson
I've got a good friend who works at IREA. He and his buddies work hard, year round through all sort of inclement weather to try and keep our electricity on. It's dangerous work. My friend also works very hard to keep people informed on what's going on. He and his people are no scumbags.
