What Is It About Testosterone That Gets Us Into War?'

THOMAS: -fighting, fighting wars. But yes I think, you got a point. And this particular war that I wrote about. There were, all these guys were obsessed with their virility. Their manhood. Their letters, Teddy Roosevelt's letters are full of concern about showing that he's a man. There was a weird kind of masculine insecurity in this period. Everybody had to run around with guns. And this, you know, sort of comes and goes.

It seems if this were true there would be less wars now. According to Thomas, it may be just a matter of time before there are no wars given the Phthalates

and many water supplies

Most likely some group will be blamed even when we are forced to clone our progeny.

And while it is popular for people to believe that having women leaders would decrease wars, wouldn't women feel a even bigger need to prove they were tough? I have seen women entering male dominated fields that feel they have to prove their toughness to thier coworkers.

And I, for one, am glad to have profited from the War for Independence that was fought between 1775 and 1783.

Yes, Tilt, there are businesses that profit more from war than from peace, but that doesn't mean that some wars are not necessary any more than it means that every war is necessary. Springfield Armory made a lot of money off the Civil War in this nation, but that in no way says that the war wasn't a necessary war to fight.

Since cars, trucks and planes are built by UNION workers (in most cases), then driven to where ever by (mostly) Union trukers, then loaded on Ship by (mostly) UNION dock workers, wouldn't that make THE UNIONS THE LARGEST WAR PROFITEERS?
