RT, just so you know I have been a conservative my whole life. But I do think for myself.

Get a life. I don't profess to be like you. If your comments before about animals are how you really feel ( I hope you are just trying to be contrarian) I have lost alot of respect for you. This is not dem vs rep. It is humanity as a whole.

RT's just living up to his name. I'm sure he wouldn't argue that starving a dog in captivity is okay.

Not living up to the name...just making a point. You are correct, I would never argue starving a dog in captivity is okay. I also believe the man sentence was appropriate.

I would argue that the self pretentious humanity flag waving animal freaks in America would let a fellow American go hungry before they would their dogs or cats.

Now that was an intelligent response. You said earlier they were just dogs and you made it look like you condoned it.

RT likes to say stuff just to push people's buttons (he's only a partial ***, not a huge gigantic ***!). KissyFace:

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

Some people think and some people use emotions to make decisions. Towermonkey was the only one to stop and think at what I was saying.

SC, just for you. KissyFace: :rofl

Question: Do you go out and feed the bears when the forest experiences a drought and they can't find enough food? If not, you have a cruel mind and cruel behavior. By the way, I hear the bears are REALLY hungry.

Really? The bears that live in the woods around here are caged and/or tied up? Wait, they're not? Then your statement is POINTLESS. If an animal can fend for itself, then it doesn't need help. Point of fact - majority of domesticated animals will DIE before they learn to fend for themselves. Tied up and/or caged animals have NO WAY to fend for for themselves.

You don't condone starving a caged or chained animal, yet you think a paltry slap on the wrist is adequate? Please explain how - besides the "dumb animals" bit.

But the bears are caged up...the humans have invaded their habitant and destroyed their berries and other food sources. Bad humans!
