Okay, so if it's for them to use in their curriculae (sp?), to teach to students, then what does it have to do with teachers and teachers unions and advocates for those 2 groups? Actually the article is saying that the Rules of Radicals are aimed at the Teachers to use in their curriculum, from how I read it.
