Actually the article is saying that the Rules of Radicals are aimed at the Teachers to use in their curriculum, from how I read it.
Okay, so if it's for them to use in their curriculae (sp?), to teach to students, then what does it have to do with teachers and teachers unions and advocates for those 2 groups? I'm not following your line of thinking at all.
