So where are the stars this time?

A lot of those big Hollywood charity events wind up after expenses giving very little. Same with those big philanthropist local charity social events, one reason why the Feds are thinking about taking away the tax deductions for charitable giving. Give from your heart, not for accounting purposes.

Just an observation that this helps the stars with publicity too. But here they are.

CG is right the ones that say LOOK at me want attention. Conserative stars give just as much but do it quietly without hype.

If they do it quietly without any hype, as you claim, how do you know they really donate?

I personally know of a few that have/do.

No links LJ I know them personally and I am not going to give out their names in respect to their privacy.
I have done some work for these people and have come to know them and attend some parties here in CO.
They evidentally didn't want the recognition to start with or they woulda had a press conference or a tv show like some others.
You can probably find some info on them if you google.

So, you posted no sources, just your "anecdotal" knowledge of one or perhaps two people...
