Question for an animal evac person

Right now I just have an index card in the window telling emergency workers how many pets I have is there a place I can get one of the stickers?

My next question is if I am not able to get my animals out will they break a window or something to get them or am I going to have to get keys to the appropriate organization before they would go get them?

I can give the a garage code but if for some reason there is no power that would not work.

I have sent this on to an animal evac person that I know. I will post her response as soon as I hear back.

Thanks we just want to be prepared if that means hiding a key or whatever.
