I got hooked on this show a few years back, having missed several seasons, so I didn't see all of the history between the leads. They've done a great job of keeping the sexual tension, and the characters not together, as shows tend to jump the shark when they end that tension by putting them together. I'm apprehensive b/c they've finally gotten to that point with this show, but hopeful b/c they didn't even show the "big event" so it was dramatically underplayed. I love the science and solving mysteries, humor, and character development they've done and would be sad to see it go. Does anyone else watch this, and what do you think?
Bones has a six-season history of creating romantic tension in the midst of the gory and gruesome, so what better occasion than Halloween to release a new (and swoon-inducing) promo that traces the relationship arc between the now-expecting Booth and Brennan?
Set to “Loud Music,” the new single from Michelle Branch, the four-minute spot features face-slaps, smooches, costumes (!), skeletons, and Booth saying “rubba da belly!” Watch now, as an amuse-bouche to Bones‘ Season 7 premiere (Thursday, 9/8c on Fox).
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
