Today is Bill's 62nd birthday. Please send some prayers or donations thru http://www.laughingvalleyranch.com/ to help him and his family thru this very difficult time.

Bill is hanging in there, but with the medications and all, isn't very aware of what is happening, which is probably a good thing. Visitations are limited to direct family members and are short. This may last for weeks.

I have known Bill for 20 years. I will keep him and his family in my prayers. I will talk to the Grizzly Rose where he has worked forever and see what they can do to line up a way to make some money for him too.

Thanks! I believe the family has already been talking with the Grizzly Rose.

Bill is now more relaxed and cognitive, continues to make medical progress - he is half way to being free from the ventilator. The doctors are considering surgery to start repairing broken ribs soon.

Thanks for your continued thoughts and prayers.

The breathing tube has been removed, and Bill is now breathing entirely on his own! He also can now speak, in a low whisper. If progress continues, he may get out of ICU in a week and a half.

Thanks for the continued thoughts and prayers!

I don't know Bill but we will keep him in our prayers. How are all the animals doing?

Great news today.

Continuing to defy the predictions, Bill is now out of ICU, only 2 weeks after the accident!

All I know about the animals is that many friends have been helping at the ranch, and Bill has new reindeer babies to greet when he gets home.

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers, they are helping.
