English and Horse, a little Dog, some Cat and Bird. Working on Spanish--I understand waaaaay more than I speak so far.

You should add sign language. I use to be fair at sign language but over the years after not using it I have lost it. I would be curious how many know that.

I can speak a little of the usual and a very little of Mandarin.
I call to llamas, horse, elks, deer, (birds of all kinds, but I think they just know I have goodies).
I can speak DRUNK really well, but nobody understands me???????????
