My neighbor had a built in pool and we spent our summer at it. We brought a bagged lunch and drank kool aid and played monopoly poolside. To "tan" we lathered on baby oil!!!
My brother and I got a tape cassette tape recorder. ( I still have them and my voice as a little girl) but it was so portable compared to those reel tape recorders.
How about getting the family together and putting up the big screen (not TV) and putting in the old black and white reel to reel silent tapes and watching our very old family movies together.
