Ok, here's MY offer (I love negotiating!!!):

1) 40 min interview.
2) I will pay each VL and LH $20 each.
3) LH gets 15min. to interview VL.
4) I get 25min. to interview VL.
5) No holds bar on the questions from me.
6) VL has to answer my questions truthfully.
7) I will take 3 questions from 285Bound suggestions.
