This is Pizza #2..Its been sitting around for an hour or it would look much better, but this illustrates what a Pizza should look like... I hate the Peppers though, I added that for my wife

Obviously you have never had a REAL NY pizza Lucky. Spicy/savory sauce..loaded with good Italian ingredients....good mozzarella....not that stuff that tastes like Kraft string cheese...and just enough oil to keep it all from falling off it's perfect hand tossed crust which is not too doughy and not too crispy. Damn that makes me hungry.
