Its all very subjective Joe- And Archers been wrong before..She once told me on Lionsbrook to evacuate my Penthouse Condo in Hawaii during a tsunami, I told he she didn't know what she was talking about..And I was right, it was only 3 feet high..
Going to New York in September. The wife wants to go to a steak house, I would prefer a couple slices of real NY pizza. (or NY style bagels or NY style cheesecake, never had a good cheesecake in Colorado.)
BTW, I went to Papa Murphys last night for the good deal. Awesome, I got to put jalapenos on my pizza and the wife got to put onions on hers.
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
Both the New York and Chicago pizza sucks- in the sense that neither one is real pizza.
I've been to Napoli- where pizza was invented, and had me the best pizza in the world. There it's made in a real wood oven at precisely the right temperature, with the right kind of wood, at the perfect distance from the fire, with properly qualified - certified experts in pizza making.
But seriously- it does taste different in Naples- the best dough- the best sauce, olive oil and the right kind of mozzarella and basil. If you have never been there and tried it- you are missing out.
I also stopped in and got the special last night- and I'm eating a slice right now for lunch. And with the money I saved, I'll be able to send more money to the "Romney for president" campaign!
