Y'all are nuts, Chicago deep dish is the BEST! :thumbsup: If you want some yummy NY style and are down in town, try L'il Ricci's down in Golden (in front of Home Depot/Kohl's on Colfax). They've got a great Greek salad too.
The dough shouldn't be all squishy and mushy, but flaky and fresh. And the toppings should be in huge chunks, smothered with ripe roma tomatoes. Mmmmm, I'm gonna go get some!
