I hate it so far. The microsoft apps are awful and hard to maneuver.

Edited to add. Apple has compatibility problems.

Compatibility issues with what? I've not had any problems passing documents or images back and forth between Apple and PC programs.

Less choice in programs and instructions from the general public like in college they just give instructions for PC.

Listen, I am not going to bitch about Mac if you like it fine. I do think only experienced users should get hooked on it because it can be difficult for novices to get the advice they need when having problems. This is from my experience.

That's only because it's a very different look from PC. It doesn't take any more technical skills to pick it up than learning PC and that's why Apple offers in-store and online classes up the wazoo to help (and lay people have created hundreds of YouTube tutorials on their own as well) - they've got the greatest customer support I've ever experienced. I've gone in and gotten classes on how to create movies, photo albums that are then published like a professionals, how to use their document programs, email, internet, they help with transferring files from PCs to Macs, etc. Any software you need exists in the Mac platform, either as an alternate to the name you know (like Adobe Acrobat), or as a similar product. My son recently spilled Sprite all over my laptop on our way to Iowa last month, they told me to bring it in and they'd take it apart and thoroughly clean it for me, for free. It's not so scary once you start playing with them, and that's the best way to learn! :)

I hate the way (windows) hides all the drop down menus, and dumb everything down. And all the BS updates constantly annoying me. SOBs I could shoot that dang desktop clean-up wizard. :)

Windows in General. Not too familiar with apple, but I'm sure I could figure it out. I don't think the compatibility is much a problem anymore.

Heck Office has compatibility problems, I can't open new word or excel files unless they are saved as old version types. SOBS

But I just tried to upload a picture on imageplay and it would only do it it in the old system.

Basically I just go back and forth. Compatibility is bad right now.

I also could not figure out how to run as administrator. I could not move files. This is going to be a nightmare in communities bound training as more get this.
