What are your favorite Colorado Brew Pubs and flavors?

I like CB Potts, Hops, Tommyknockers. Mountain Sun on Pearl st. Boulder is good too.

Here is a good link to a list of all of them. Its a good guide book too. Bad choice for a title though.

Do you think a brew pub in Evergreen or Conifer could make it?

Here is my tip for the day. Beer Growlers. These are 64 oz Jugs, (just shy of a six pack). Many Brew pubs will fill them "to go" for around 8 bucks. Good price for fresh tap beer. The down side is you have to drink it in about 3-4 days or it goes flat.

I also remembered someone mentioned Kona Firerock pale ale, they have it on tap for $2 during happy hour at JJ Madwells. (And Drop top amber ale on tap as well).

Cheers.

That's a downside?

Beeks, its not usually a downside for me if I buy only one Jug.

Tonite's menu - Moose Drool Brown Ale from Montana.

What about opening a Brew pub in Conifer, any takers? I don't have a clue, but I could be taste tester and quality control. :) Cheers!

Wow, they missed the best in Colorado Springs.

Bristol Brewing Co - http://www.bristolbrewing.com/

My personal rankings -

1) Bristol
2) Tommyknocker Brewery Brewpub
3) Phantom Canyon
4) Rock Bottom

I'm generally a dark beer girl, favs are Guiness & Smithwicks, but I haven't found a fav dark beer in the area that I really like.

Scooby, I like the Laughing Lab Scottish ale from Bristol. Zokas used to carry that here in Pine. Never been to Bristol though. My GF likes the Porters and Stouts too, I was surprised. Guess there are a lot of dark beer girls! :) Hops and Tommyknockers are cool places too. And Hops has great food too.

Weird, I've given Hops a couple of tries - never liked their food. It seems overpriced to me - I do love the rolls. :)
