Yeah, Hops food is not where it used to be several years ago IMO, still like it though. Brew pubs in general though usually have decent food I have found. I did a tour of Idaho and Oregon pubs two summers ago, Oregon was great. Bend Oregon has 3 brew pubs downtown in walking distance!

Tonite's menu - Moose Drool Brown Ale from Montana.

What about opening a Brew pub in Conifer, any takers? I don't have a clue, but I could be taste tester and quality control. :) Cheers!

Good choice! MD is by far my fave brown,

I like:
Odells up in Ft.Collins, the 90 shilling is my favorite
Boulder, Hazed and Infused
Breck, Vanilla Porter
Tommy Knocker, Jackwacker

I like just about anything at Oskar Blues in Lyons. And the fish n chips are outstanding.

Of course I am kind of partial to my own homebrew. Right now I have a Porter getting gassed up, should be good by Friday, and I have a Blond Belgian ready to be gassed by Thursday or Friday and a will be brewing something called a Strissed Out Pils that I hope to brew by this weekend.

And, no, I'm sorry, I will not give out my address!!

Hey Eddie, sounds cool, when is the party? :) Sounds like you have some experience.

Have to check out Oskars in Lyons, never been there. Thanks.

Also, 90 shillings is very good netdude, they have it on tap at Ravens in Conifer FYI.

It's funny, when I was in the Navy we'd drink cheap beer, I can't even stand the smell of Bud or Coors now. I'm offically a beer snob. :woo hoo:

I can't figure out these cheap beer drinkers either, swill I call it! Once you go to micro brews you will never look back I say. :)

Tonites menu - Buffalo Gold Golden Ale from Boulder Beer - light and smooth, with just a hint of a slight fruity finish.... mmmm

If you do go to Hops try thier Lightning Bolt Gold combined with the Hammerhead Red. They even have a particular name for it, whatever it is. It's good.

At Biggie liquors, and others, I buy Ska Brewing's canned selections. All three sold are great! It just depends on what mood you in:

light, Blonde Ale (yellow can) med, Special ESB (red can) or bold, IPA (green can). mmmmbeer :Drunk:
