Well, I did it. Grandpa is getting a 2013 Bushnell Trophy Cam HD. A fellow at BassProShops recommended I go to trailcampro.com to check out reviews and that's where I made up my mind. The night shots appear to be higher rated on the 2013 than on the Moultrie M-880 that we were looking at.
Since it's a Christmas gift, I won't have any updates until after the first of the year.

Can't wait to see your pics!
I have a pair of friendly foxes here lately, don't need a trail cam, the dang fools run right up to my deck. No I don't feed em.

We have a pair like that, too. Had to end up throwing pinecones at them to keep they scared of us. Cute little critters, though.
Every time it snows hubby checks out the tracks around the property. This way he can see just who prowled thru in the night.
