Wish Park County would put a fire ban out before the weekend

It would be nice to have a fire ban in place before the campers come up.

Most fires are caused by humans so it would cut our chances of one starting up in our area.

Now I am really thinking rain so if we all do maybe it will come.

I also would like to see a Park County fire ban. However, Park County covers a large area, so a county wide ban may not be appropriate.

I do not have enough information/knowledge to say one way or the other.

The Smokey Bear sign at Lone Rock says that there is a fire ban in effect.
