Yes it is Eddie.
There is no way to know how long she was on 285 or where she actually entered 285 though.

There is an exit/entrance to the shopping center on 285 about 500 yards south of Eagle Cliff exit. You can exit off 285 south bound and go in and you can also come out and turn right back onto 285 south bound. If you were coming out of the exit and came to 285 and there were no signs that it was a right turn only, you may assume that it is a two lane road and turn left and then stay in the right lane thinking it was the north bound lane. does that make sense? see green arrow below

We are assuming that the young woman gained access to Hwy 285 from that location.
There is more that we don't know than what we do know.
CDOT needs to replace the missing sign so I am glad that CoPilot got right on that. It may save someone elses life.

I could see how someone might get a little confused at night but it is my understanding that this young woman had lived in Evergreen for awhile.
She graduated with my oldest daughter.
Very sad. My prayers for everyone involved.

She wasn't that young, she was in her 30's.

On the picture posted by WIly there is actually another access road between loop from the Northbound side and Eagle. This access point is on the Southside. If someone was tired, drunk or ???, it would be very easy for them to drive out of the center and go the wrong way on southbound 285.
